The Stratolaunch uses a runway just like any other aircraft for takeoff and landing, but having the largest wingspan in the world. One or more launch vehicles are deployed as soon as it reaches its cruising altitude, which is roughly 10 kilometers. This enables the fast construction of constellations at different inclinations.

Airbus BelugaXL

The BelugaXL had its first real flight in 2020 after more than 200 test flights since its development in 2014. It is now officially a part of Airbus’ vast fleet, which now carries permitted Big Things all over the world. The plane is really large.
