Amazing Deep Ploughing And Field Leveling – CASE IH Quadtrac 450 And STX 375

Gebr. Bork of Slootdorp in the northern Nᴇᴛʜᴇʀʟᴀɴᴅs used two Case IH Quadtracs 450 & 375 for deep plowing and field leveling. The two Quadtracs in the Nᴇᴛʜᴇʀʟᴀɴᴅs are owned by this firm. The field was initially plowed with a 120 cm deep, hand-crafted deep plow.

To make the field more appropriate for a variety of crops and simpler to work on, the heavier sand and peat soil are brought to the surface and the top layer of clay soil is plowed beneath. To improve drainage and water coverage, the field must be leveled with a BOS Combo-Dozer Scʀᴀᴘᴇr after plowing.

Your most demanding hydraulic tools can be handled with Pressure-Flow Compensating (PFC) hydraulics. The basic system provides power for steering, the three-point ʜɪᴛch, remote controls, and power beyond. The PFC system is used by a normal 151 Ipm pump (159 Ipm on the Steiger 535 pump) to supply the required flow and pressure when and where it is needed.

All scʀᴀᴘᴇr variants and AccuSteer come standard with High-Flow hydraulics, which have a 208 1 pm high capacity pump (216 pm on the Steiger 535) for demanding hydraulic activities like air seeders and beet lifters. With the Twin-Flow option, you receive a second PFC pump with an extra 132 Ipm of flow, allowing you to employ the maximum hydraulic flow capability of the most demanding equipment (140 Ipm on the Steiger 535). With the TwinFlow option and high-capacity pump coupled, the maximum flow will be 340 pm (356 1 pm on the Steiger 535).
