Watch The Enormous Airbus A380 Take Off And Listen To Its Great Engine Sound

A single A380 airplane is made up of about 4 million parts that are obtained from 1500 companies in 30 different countries. Before being shipped to the final assembly line in Toulouse, Fʀᴀɴᴄᴇ, the airplane was built in sections across Gᴇʀᴍᴀɴʏ, Sᴘᴀɪɴ, Fʀᴀɴᴄᴇ, and the Uɴɪᴛᴇᴅ Kɪɴɢᴅᴏᴍ.

A total of 853 passengers can be accommodated on the superjumbo’s two full-length decks. Although Emirates has the most crowded cabin with one of its three configurations accommodating 615 passengers, the average A380 configuration has 545 seats.

The A380 has a massive 79.75m wingspan. Due to the additional lift produced, the superjumbo may fly at the same approach speed as the considerably smaller A320 aircraft, hence lowering noise emissions.

The A380 cabin offers some of the most opulent amenities available on the commercial market, including bars, dining, and lounge rooms, as well as an onboard bathroom, thanks to its spacious cabin layout over two floors.
